Olive Oil - Balsmic Dipping Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 (16 oz) bread loaf, diced

 

1. Stir together first 5 ingredients in a shallow bowl. Drizzle oil and vinegar evenly over cheese mixture, and stir.

2. Server with bread.
