Beefy Noodle Bake

  • 1 3 ounce can French fried onion
  • 1 pound ground beef, cooked
  • 7 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 14 ounces can diced tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

 

1. Brown ground beef and peppers. Drain.

2. Combine all ingredients, except the French onions.

3. Cover a square baking dish with half the mixture.

4. Cover with half the French onions.

5. Top with the remaining mixture and bake at 350 for 30 min.

6. Top with remaining onions and bake for another 5 min.
