Broccoli Cheese Casserole

  • 2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

 

1. Cook broccoli to where it's still a little crisp and then drain

2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.

3. Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350 for 45 min.
