Cheese Pound Cake

  • 1 1/2 cups butter
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

 

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar together.
  3. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Add vanilla and then flour slowly.
  5. Pour into a bundt pan or Tube pan.
  6. Bake for 2 hours (do not try and rush by cooking faster in a hotter oven).
