Cheese Pound Cake
- 1 1/2 cups butter
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar together.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Add vanilla and then flour slowly.
- Pour into a bundt pan or Tube pan.
- Bake for 2 hours (do not try and rush by cooking faster in a hotter oven).
