Alicia's Corn Pudding

  • 1 15 oz can cream style corn
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornmeal
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 eggs

 

1. In a medium bowl combine butter, corn, flour, cornmeal and sugar.

2. In a seperate bowl whisk together milk and eggs. Stir into corn mixture.

3. Pour into a lightly greased 9x9 baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until set.
