Fettuccine Alfredo

  • 8 oz. uncooked fettuccine
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain well and place in a large bowl.

2. Combine butter and whipping cream in a small saucepan; cook over low heat until butter melts.

3. Stir in cheese, pepper and parsley.

4. Pour mixture over hot fettuccine; toss until fettuccine is coated.
