Rice Crispy Peanut Butter Treats

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 cups rice crispies
  • 6 oz. chocolate chips
  • 6 oz. butterscotch chips


1. Melt peanut butter, corn syrup and sugar over low heat until gooey. Pour in rice crispies and mix well. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan.

2. Melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips and pour over the rice crispies. Place in the refrigerator long enough to cool and set.

3. Cut up and serve.
