Spinach Dip

  • 1 (10 oz) box frozen, chopped spinach
  • 1 box Knorr Vegetable & Soup Recipe Mix
  • 1 (16 oz) sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts, drained & chopped

 

1. Thaw package of spinach and squeeze dry. Stir in soup mix, sour cream and mayonnaise until blended.

2. Stir in spinach and water chestnuts.

3. Serve immediately with bread or crackers or, chill and stir before serving.

Makes about 4 cups
