Crock Pot Chicken Taco Meat

  • 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast

 

  1. Add the chicken broth and taco seasoning to the crock pot. Mix until the taco seasoning is dissolved.
  2. Add the chicken breasts.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  4. Once the chicken is done use two forks to shred the chicken into bite-size pieces.
  5. To freeze, place shredded meat into freezer bags with the juices. Press out all the air and seal.
